1. What is Sandu?

Sandu is your new household assistant, offering washing, folding, ironing, and dry-cleaning services for your clothes and home textiles.

2. What should I pay attention to when using the Wash&Fold and Wash&Iron services?

Only clothes suitable for washing should be given for these services. Items requiring dry cleaning and home textiles are not included in this service. Our laundry bags can hold approximately 7–8 kg of items. When you place an order, our couriers will bring the bags when they come to collect your items, or you can also get them from our store.

3. Why should we use dry cleaning?

Dry cleaning cleans delicate fabrics without using water, protecting water-sensitive materials. It uses special cleaning solutions based on the fabric type. Stains, dirt, and grease are removed using specific solutions. At Sandu, we use a silicone-based dry-cleaning agent that cleans your clothes delicately without causing damage. Items labeled with “do not wash” and requiring dry cleaning are processed in specialized dry-cleaning machines.

4. What types of clothes are suitable for dry cleaning?

Dry cleaning is generally suitable for clothes made of silk, wool, cashmere, chiffon, linen, fabric blends, and other delicate materials that may be damaged by water. Any clothing labeled with a “dry clean” recommendation can be safely sent for dry cleaning.

5. Will stains be removed from clothes sent for dry cleaning?

Dry cleaning can effectively remove most stains, but some specific stains (e.g., old grease stains) may be permanent. It is helpful to indicate the type of stain so we can apply a tailored treatment. However, the complete removal of some stains cannot be guaranteed.

6. How can we use the courier service?

To make our services more accessible, we offer a courier service. For orders of 1500 TL or more, we pick up your items from your door in certain areas and deliver them back once the process is complete. Currently, we only serve the Antalya region. Customers outside the courier service areas can receive services at our store.

Konyaaltı District: Pınarbaşı, Siteler, Molla Yusuf, Uncalı, Akkuyu, Toros, Arapsuyu, Kuşkavağı, Öğretmenevler, Altınkum, Uluç, Gürsu, Hurma, Sarısu, Liman neighborhoods.

Döşemealtı District: Altınkale, Yeşilbayır, Duacı, Nebiler neighborhoods.

7. What should I do if the courier doesn’t arrive?

 

Our courier will be at your address within the selected date and time range of your order. If the courier hasn’t arrived after the specified time frame, please contact us at 444 8410.
